Mediterranean Wellbeing Platform

The Mediterranean is more than a place. It is a way of living.

Terra Pomalo explores how Mediterranean rhythm, food, landscape, movement, community and contemporary science can shape better ways to live, travel and create wellbeing experiences.

What Terra Pomalo Is

A platform, not a package.

Terra Pomalo is a Mediterranean wellbeing concept and development platform. We connect science, local identity, hospitality and everyday Mediterranean culture to create experiences and destination concepts that support healthier ways of living.

We don’t sell a wellness treatment. We look at the whole lifestyle ecosystem around a place — its food, rhythm, landscape and people — and build from there.

Explore the philosophy

The Pomalo Principle

Wellbeing is not one intervention. It is an environment.

Rhythm

The pace a day is allowed to keep.

Food

What is grown, cooked and shared nearby.

Nature

The landscape a life is lived inside of.

Movement

How a body moves through daily terrain.

Rest

Time with no output expected of it.

Community

The people a life is held by.

Methodology

From place to experience.

From the resources of a destination, several things can grow: retreats, day experiences, hospitality concepts, local workshops, food experiences, nature-based programs and products — each independently viable, all part of one identity.

Mediteransko umijeće življenja
